Catholic Charities has a daily lottery for their shelter beds; people can call or show up in-person (at 435 Dorothy Day Place) daily from 9am to 3:30pm. Names are then drawn through a lottery system at 3:30 pm each day (must be present).  Referrers can also email the Ramsey County Adult Hotel Shelter team at adultshelterreferral@co.ramsey.mn.us requesting access.

M Health Fairview Transition Clinic – supports patients waiting to start outpatient or programmatic care but struggling with the wait time whether it is a day, week or month.  The Clinic does not accept drop-in or self referral patients.  All patients must be referred by a professional who has assessed the patient and referred them to care that is delayed in start timing.  Patients from 12-18; adults and seniors are all accepted.
